T4Bi’s objective is to ensure a productive, effective and collaborative relationship with our clients and partners, to ensure that project requirements are appropriately captured and verified, goals and expectations are understood, activities are coordinated, and progress and issues are communicated, throughout the life of the project. Effective coordination and communication starts with the T4Bi project resources, as individuals and as a team, and extends to the customer’s project resources and stakeholders; this is a simple but fundamental success criterion that we emphasize on all of our projects.

Providing excellence in client delivery starts with effective in-house collaboration.  We foster collaborative teamwork through informal and formal methods; teams meet on a regular basis to review status and issues and to share knowledge. Peer reviews are scheduled to improve quality (and enforce standards) and also to communicate progress. Cross-project company-wide meetings are scheduled to encourage cross-fertilization, improve learning and awareness and to avoid tunnel vision within individuals and teams.

Teamwork and collaboration are fostered further through a project repository maintained by T4Bi but accessible to clients.   T4Bi uses Jira (for project management as well as issue and bug tracking) and each project is assigned a Project Wiki for issue management and collaboration. We discourage the use of email and messaging as a means of documenting issues and decisions but recognize that these do have an important role in communication.

To provide project oversight an Account Manager is assigned to each client engagement and meets with the client to review contract performance and to facilitate remedies and ensure client satisfaction.

T4Bi also adheres tightly to industry standards and methodologies.  T4Bi follows ISO/IEC 12207, an international standard for software life cycle processes. For projects, the methodology used is dependent on the client and type of engagement.  T4Bi consultants are skilled in the following methodologies:

  • The Zachman Framework for Enterprise Architectures
