We measure our success through sustainable growth while continuing to earn business from our existing customers and their direct referrals. We typically generate more than 75% of our annual revenues from repeat business from existing customers. Our current customers average over four years of service with T4Bi, with several going back to our first year of business (in June 2000).
Where appropriate, we solicit feedback (both during a project and in “post-mortem” sessions) always looking for opportunities to improve all aspects of our service delivery.
T4Bi also measures success through our staff retention; we look for ways to motivate our staff by providing them interesting and challenging work as well as support through mentoring and training. We believe there is an important correlation between both customer and staff satisfaction.
In addition T4Bi performs a percentage of our work with non-profit organizations and NGOs, as both a social contribution and an acknowledgement of our responsibility as a corporate citizen.
